On January 16, 2025, the Mission Gallery at the State Institute for Culture, together with the Italian Cultural Institute in Sofia, will open the group exhibition “Vibration. The fluid movement of a human body. The exhibition is a collaboration between the Bulgarian artist Nikolay Delianev, who has been working and creating in Italy for years, and his two Italian colleagues Francesco Patane and Tarim Tatusic (real name Filippo de Luca).

"Movement is an indispensable part of the existence of man and the world. Through it, we communicate non-verbally and connect on a deeper vibrational level. In the current exhibition “Vibration. The fluid movement of a human body”, the interaction of the three different styles of work of the authors will immerse us in an in-depth study of the human body and its fluid movements. A conversation about the vibrations that a person emits and the art that can give them visibility. Art is a means of expressing emotions, emotions that cause vibrations, reflecting deep inner states that resonate with the audience through color and technique,” shares the curator of the exhibition Dorothea Yaneva, an art critic.

Francesco Patane graduated in architecture, but painting is his field, developing a unique style of work that distances him from traditional painting techniques. He uses unconventional and unusual materials by mixing acrylic with asphalt on jute canvases, thus creating a disintegration of the image as if in motion. He will present a triptych measuring 12 square meters (600x200) to the Bulgarian audience. The canvas represents a kind of dance of a man with a horse, giving a feeling of the decomposition of human movement into its vibrational parts.

The viewer's gaze will continue to feel the vibrations like sounds from the canvases of the Bulgarian participant in the exhibition Nikolay Delianev. He has focused his artistic searches on intense visual compositions with regular geometric overlays of colors. The colors are like a symphony of vibrations. Through his works, he develops a rhythmic synchronization of shapes and tones, giving life to optical phenomena and impressive geometries. Inspired by movement, Delianev translates each line into a sensory experience that refers to different energies, reinforcing the kinetic and optical aspect of his art.

Tarim Tatusik (real name Filippo de Luca) merges the traditional way of creating art with modern industrial production technologies related to the use of 3D software, 3D printers and scanners. His activity began with studying the human body in a traditional way, and later with the use of 3D software to create three-dimensional models. He participates in the exhibition with colorful sculptures that deform the movement of the body to almost unrecognizable abstract figures.

The power of vibrations in the human body are a type of energy charged with emotions that can lead to deformations in a person. Deformation is a change in the visible as a result of the invisible. Emotions change a person in a positive or negative direction, they give him a charge through which he leaves his mark on the world. Dancing in art with unusual methods of expression, these three authors will immerse us in the world of the subtle vibrational frequencies of man and his non-verbal communication with his surroundings.
