In the month of the National Leaders - a holiday of spirituality, knowledge and enlightenment - on November 3, 2025, a framework agreement for cooperation was signed in Sofia between the State Institute for Culture under the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the House Museum "Pancho Vladigerov" - Sofia. The document was signed by the directors of the two institutions - Snezhana Yoveva-Dimitrova and Yuliana Karaatanasova.

The agreement lays the foundation for a long-term partnership in the field of cultural diplomacy, education and the promotion of Bulgarian music, art and cultural heritage. The two institutions declare their readiness to work together on creative and educational initiatives aimed at strengthening the national cultural identity, exchanging experience and knowledge, as well as developing international relations in the field of culture.

The cooperation envisages joint organization of exhibitions, concerts, presentations, master classes and participation in forums, as well as support in applying for national and international programs. The two organizations will share resources and communication channels for a wider dissemination of information about Bulgarian cultural achievements in our country and around the world.

“With the signing of this agreement, the State Institute for Culture continues to expand its partnership network and promote dialogue between related institutions dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Bulgarian culture. I believe that our joint work will provide new opportunities for presenting the contemporary and classical achievements of Bulgarian art. Both institutes are celebrating their 20th anniversary this year, and this is an additional reason to join forces,” emphasized the director of the State Institute for Culture Snezhana Yoveva-Dimitrova.

For her part, the director of the House Museum Pancho Vladigerov, Yuliana Karaatanasova, noted that the partnership is a natural extension of the institution's mission - to preserve and promote the material and spiritual heritage of Pancho Vladigerov and to build bridges between tradition and modernity.
