An exhibition” A borderline situation: the drawing in modern-day art” opened March 9 at “ Industrialna 11” gallery in Sofia. Arranged by the Institute for Culture at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in cooperation with the Union of Bulgarian artists and” Industrialna 11” gallery, the exhibition features some of the most interesting and pro-active modern-art Bulgarian artists of most recent generations in a challenging attempt to outline a definition of the modern through the works of the artists and their specific artistic criteria.
The exhibition will be opened for viewing until April 11.
A selection of works providing the best visual answer to ”Where do modern-day art and the drawing meet?” will be made to travel across the country and abroad as part of the” Traveling Exhibitions| programme run by the Institute for Culture, the initiator of the project.

“Industrialna 11” gallery is domiciled on the premises of the one-time Refrigeration Technology Works, presently” Vassilev Business City”, at the back of “Stochna Gara” Square. Business Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 11.00hrs-19.00 hrs.
