The State Navigation Inspectorate under the Maritime Administration Directorate General and its subdivisions at Bulgarian ports shall recognise yacht and crew certificates issued or legalised by the relevant administration of the state whose flag the yacht is flying, in accordance with its national laws and the international conventions.

Those are the registration certificates entitling yachts and yacht crews to fly the relevant country’s flag, as well as the documents proving ownership, structural safety, crew competence etc., depending on the size and type of the yacht and its navigation area.
