Bulgaria condemns Tuesday's terrorist attack in Hebron which killed four Israelis, among them a pregnant woman, Bulgarian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Vessela Cherneva said in a statement on Wednesday. "Such acts of violence undermine the confidence between the sides in the conflict. Restoring confidence is a key factor on the eve of a resumption of direct dialogue. Therefore, we regard as timely the actions of the official Palestinian authorities for the arrest of Hamas members responsible for the attack," Cherneva said. "It is necessary, more than ever before, that everybody show a sense of responsibility in order to prevent escalation of violence, which could eliminate the chances of achieving peace in the region," she said.
